Chris works at the Primrose Inn, he found out he needed to
follow
celiac, gluten-free diet, he made this!
Gluten-Free, Low Cost & Delicious Dry
Ingredients:
2 CUPS CORNFLAKES
2 CUPS OATS
2 CUPS CRISPY RICE
1 CUP CRANRAISINS
1 CUP DRIED BLUEBERRIES
2 CUPS SLICED ALMONDS
WET INGREDIENTS
1 CUP MAPLE SYRUP
1 CUP OIL
½ CUP BROWN SUGAR FOR SPRINKLING
PREHEAT TO 300°.
Mix Dry Ingredients.
Mix Wet Ingredients, Add.
Line roasting pans
with aluminum foil. Lay mix in pans, sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 20 minutes.
Store in airtight container.
Keeps for 1 month! |
