The Primrose Inn’s
Famous Granola
 
Made by Chris Cronin at THE PRIMROSE INN, CAPE MAY, NJ.
 Chris works at the Primrose Inn, he found out he needed to follow
celiac, gluten-free diet, he made this!

 
Gluten-Free, Low Cost & Delicious Dry Ingredients:

2 CUPS CORNFLAKES
2 CUPS OATS
2 CUPS CRISPY RICE
1 CUP CRANRAISINS
1 CUP DRIED BLUEBERRIES
2 CUPS SLICED ALMONDS
WET INGREDIENTS
1 CUP MAPLE SYRUP
1 CUP OIL
½ CUP BROWN SUGAR FOR SPRINKLING

 
PREHEAT TO 300°.

Mix Dry Ingredients.

Mix Wet Ingredients, Add.

Line roasting pans
with aluminum foil. Lay mix in pans, sprinkle with sugar.

Bake 20 minutes.

Store in airtight container.
Keeps for 1 month!
