Rates: $99 to $299 depending on the room and season, based on double occupancy, $40 each additional person.

A two night minimum stay may be required.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS:

We require a one nights deposit in advance. The deposit will be returned, less a $30.00 processing fee, if you change your reservation 14 days before your scheduled arrival.

No refund will be given if you cancel within 14 days of your stay unless the room can be re-rented for the same dates.
